David E. Jones

David retired in August 2016 after 41 years as a lawyer in Prince George. He articled at Hope Heinrich and spent 35 years with that firm before joining Traxler Haines in 2011. He was active in the community with memberships in several organizations and served his profession through his many years of service with the BC Legal Education Society.

He and his wife retired to Courtenay, BC and both look forward to more travelling and gardening. David says that active gardening in Courtenay is required by social convention and is enforced by one’s neighbours. The lawyers and staff at Traxler Haines will miss David’s humour and legal insight, and in turn he indicates fond recollections of his days at the firm.

David especially asked us to thank his many clients for their years of support and trust.
